Update cadence is source- and module-specific. Grayperson may refresh a module according to the publication or access schedule of its source; this does not mean every record changes in real time.

A difference can be temporary because of publication or update timing, data normalization, or source availability. The official publisher or registry is authoritative when the underlying record matters.

Grayperson structures selected source fields for search and display, and may normalize labels or values for consistency. It does not replace the official source's record or create an official determination.

Sources are handled as separate country and registry modules. A record's source and module context are retained, rather than treating different sources as one universal dataset.

Yes, where the relevant source module supports a registration or business identifier. The search label and country page describe the identifier accepted by that module.

Record fields depend on what the source publishes, what the module currently uses, and the entity's source record. Different countries, modules, and companies can therefore expose different information.

A status is a value or presentation based on the relevant source record. Definitions can vary by module; the Glossary explains terms used in Grayperson and the source remains authoritative for interpretation.

Some public-record modules may contain personal or privacy-sensitive information published by a source. Grayperson does not publish every technically available field and applies a public-record purpose and data-minimisation approach.
